$50 + tax non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. A $15 service fee is applied to every party for staffing, card set up, and included supplies (plates, utensils, tablecloths, etc).

At least one adult must stay on premises during parties of children under the age of 18. 

 

No outside food or drink in the facility, including party areas. The only exception is a cake when you book a party package or rent a party space.

Decorations: Balloons and table decorations are welcome! No decorations on walls. No glitter, confetti or silly string. Thanks for working with us! If you have more specific questions, please contact a party representative.

 

Due to limited space and high demand, please be sure to read our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: If a party is cancelled for any reason, no cash refunds will be issued. The $50 + tax deposit is non-refundable.
